So I wrote a nice long report and  somehow lost it. So here is the brief. Skookumchuck Tidal Rapid is an epic, well known place. If you go in warmer weather, expect long lines. Crowds lessen late in the fall with the short days and cold weather.

After two days, some wet weather and lots of people we hopped the ferry back to Vancouver and headed for the Thompson.
