At first glance the
above initially registers as black and white, because we look across
images like we read, from left to right. It's not a desaturated image,
just a tiny flower with fresh rain. How small? The entire image is an
area less than half an inch wide. Flip the image and it's a whole
different experience. Which is better is up to personal choice.
