Updates will be sparse for a
while, I was hoping to wrap up the Ecuador trip and some various other
odds and ends from California paddling, but our housing situation is
currently in limbo as we woke to the sunrise vanishing into smoke on
November 8th.
When these started falling from the sky at 9am we knew it was time go leave and packed before there was an evacuation order.
Stuck in traffic just three miles from the house at noon, evacuation was a memorable experience.
Subaru still parked out front. We've been unable to go back for over a month now.
