There is something to be said
about old lenses. The above was shot with a single coated lens designed
in the '50s. My particular copy must have some fun history as it was
originally made for the Japanese market in 1962 and is very beat up.
While often a poor performer by some modern standards, it also has a
beautiful unique look.
